Allan is currently the Director of Innovation & Instructional Leadership for the Indian Prairie School District #204. Prior to this position, Allan served District 204 as a middle school principal at both Crone and Hill Middle Schools. In addition, Allan coaches and consults with other professionals in the following areas: digital citizenship, future ready libraries, instructional leadership as well as building a positive climate and culture.
